Selection of Machining Process:
The first step involves selecting an appropriate machining process for the part to be processed after precision casting, based on its needs and design. This process can include milling, turning, drilling, grinding, or other machining techniques.

Cutting and Shaping:
Machining tools are used to correct the dimensions of the part or to give it the desired shape. This process is precisely carried out with CNC (Computer-Controlled) machines. The machining process ensures the cutting of the part and its shaping to the desired form.

Surface Improvement:
Machining is also used to improve the surface quality of the part. Especially for removing surface roughness resulting from precision casting, grinding or polishing operations can be performed.

Ensuring Tolerances:
During post-casting processes, parts may need to comply with specific tolerances. These tolerances can be based on customer requirements or industry standards. Machining processes are carried out to ensure compliance with these tolerances.

Inspection and Quality Control:
After the machining process, parts are subjected to quality control procedures. Measurements, visual inspections, and other tests are used to evaluate the quality of the parts. Tolerance compliance and surface quality are carefully examined at this stage.

Post-precision casting machining finalizes the parts produced by precision casting. This process ensures that the parts achieve their desired dimensions, shape, and quality, thus meeting customer requirements and industry standards.
